  It has taken me way to long to write this review! I am the most difficult person when it comes to my hair, I have a vision and it has been so difficult to find someone that TAKES THE TIME to understand what I want and ensure we are on the same page. Shania is AMAZING (hope that is the correct spelling). I have been to her now three times and will only let her touch my hair now. As she is still a new stylist she always brings the branch manger to make sure we are both on the same page. She is honest, kind and focused. She gives me exactly what I want and gives her honest opinon. She lets me know what is possible for my colour and what is not so I know exactly what it is going to look like which I really appreciate. Sometimes we have a vision of super cool toned hair when in reality our hair naturally pulls very warm, which is my case exactly. She explains is to me in terms I understand so I can choose exactly what I want. First time in so long that I walk out with my vision. Even when I wasn't completely happy the first time she fixed it ASAP at no charge !! Even though I swear it was my fault I had just changed my mind ... she still fixed it. SO incredible, such a genuine and positive environment unlike all the catty salons I have been to before. The renovation is stunning!!! Best salon, go see Shania I promise you will not be disappointed. I wish google would let me attach a picture because its stunning, so many compliments !! Thanks so much !!

  Excellent salon. Competitive prices with salons of similar quality. Very good stylists. The owner, Brian goes above and beyond to ensure you're satisfied with results.

  I wait for a few washes and styles on my own before deciding whether or not I like my haircut. Many times I've left a salon looking great but am then unable to produce the same effect at home. I am happy to say that this was not the case with my first haircut at Chatters with Nathalie. She really did an amazing job on my hair. The cut looks fantastic, and she artfully thinned and trimmed to make it easy for me to style at home. Nathalie was also super nice and funny. Great experience all around.
