  If you could give a zero star I would. We walked in shortly after 11 am to register and were told there are a few people ahead of you. We said we would run to the dollar store and come right back. We arrived back and there was no line so we sat down. One stylist came up to the cash and we told her we were already registered so she said it will just be a minute. She continued to play around at the register with her wallet out trading coins for bills. After a couple of minutes two other stylists come walking towards us and we think they are taking my kid now but they walk right past us out the door. I ask the lady at the cash where they're going, to the bank or something but she says I don't know. I open the door to see if I can see where they've gone but they are out of sight already. We wait. We wait some more. I say I'm going out to the car for a second and walk out the door a little further because I know there is an alley 3 doors down and sure enough there are the stylists hanging out smoking. I was livid! They had only been at work for 35 minutes and somehow with a customer who would be paying good money for a designer cut and colour they think taking a smoke break is more important. 35 minutes then break. Nice life! We left. We won't give Magicuts our hard earned money ever again! I can tell you for sure I don't get a break after 35 minutes of work whether I have customers waiting or not.

  I used to go there until one of the employees was rude to my 5 yr old boy. If you don't have patience for kids just pass the job to some one else who does. Never again will I be going here.
