  Christmas rush in the Georgian mall parking lot is not fun to deal with, thanks to the team at Certified Car Rental I was able to continue my important day chores. Although the vehicle I received did have a strong air freshener scent in it, I was very pleased with the vehicle they gave me. Thank you again John and the whole office team.

  Perfect!!! I got in an accident and they brought the rental to my location. It was really nice to not have to deal with anything more then I needed to. Customer service was also fantastic. I will use them again and I plan on keeping there business card in my wallet just in case i need a rental for emergency.

  I recently changed my one star rating to a three star. Two day extra charge was reversed. We had to commit to a two week rental or pay 250.00 early return , ok if insurance is paying. Don't just drop car off at drop zone. Make sure you call right away when done so.

  Definitely DO NOT rent a car from this place. They really took advantage of a young person with their first accident and should not have even rented a car to a person who is not the registered owner of the vehicle. They are very over-priced (more than insurance will pay) and have an "early return fee" of 250.00! We had a rental car due to a collision in the area and the 3 days for having their car was 495$. This is RIDICULOUSLY OVERPRICED!. So look elsewhere if you need a rental car. I want to give them ZERO stars but then you can't post the review and I don't want others to be taken advantage of like we were. I wish I had just refused to pay.

  Great service. Clean vehicles. Everyone was incredibly helpful and I was 100% satisfied. I would recommend them to anyone.
