  I was in accident beginning of December, and took my car in collision center, Joanne at collision center was superb, very professional, friendly and solved my issue in fast timely manner. Derek and Joanne also called me to update on the car while they are in the progress of fixing it. I highly recommend ford on the customer service. Ford keep up with the superb work! Thanks again Joanne and Derek. I’m really grateful and appreciated with your kind service.

  Amazing group of people! Dealt with Ryan & Jeff lots as this is happily my third lease with Bayfield Ford. The entire experience was very easy and straight forward. I feel very important and respected by the whole team there. The credit and payment staff are very helpful and caring, accommodating. I’ve been able to upgrade not only our ride, but our quality of life because we drive our vehicle a lot and sometimes in very difficult weather conditions. I’m from Huntsville approx 1hr 20 mins from the dealership but I have and will continue to drive the distance to feel like part of the Ford family there. Ryan really worked hard to find a vehicle that would match our needs & budget (which wasn’t easy)

  I got in to an accident over the holidays last year and I am thankful that my insurance recommended them to me. They did such a fantastic job on fixing my car and it looks brand new once again! the car was clean and shiny when they handed me back the keys.

  Five star plus for Patrick Saunders.. He deserves a christmas bonus for putting up with myself and fiance. We bought a truck from him May 2017 and have loved it ever since. His customer service is truly impeccable. I would highly recommend visiting Patrick for any of your Ford buying needs. Additionally we have contemplated trading in my car for a ford and then the truck to have newer vehicles being very unrealistic with our budget it was not possible unless we forced him to dip in his own pocket. Patrick goes that extra mile to ensure comfort with purchasing from him and payments if you have them. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK PATRICK!

  The best coffee the best donuts the biggest television. Very friendly employees. Reliable car service. Because of previous work on the vehicle I came out of there without paying a cent. I bring my dog with me and we sit in the leather chairs watching TV drinking coffee and eating Donuts in the air-conditioned visitors Lounge. What more could I ask for. Thank you from 80 year old senior
