    Looking for winter coat in store one day sale 50% off ...got to cash only to find out the price ended in .99 so not eligible so I did not buy ...I did return to the outwear area and read the small print on card basically the bulk of the coats WERE NOT eligible for the 50% discount !! False advertising. ..buyer beware

    Pretty disappointing selection of everything. Clothing all seems very boxy and unflattering. Never seem to have new or higher end perfumes in stock. Prices are very high on clothing. Staff cannot figure out how to process returns of items purchased online (even though the website boasts about easy in-store returns). Everything about The Bay just feels very outdated.

    Great quality of products but you do have to look for associates to pay for purchases especially after 5pm.
