  I bought my wife her wedding ring here and bought my wife a 10 year anniversary ring. They were very helpful and showed me the rings that I could afford. Almost 2 years after I bought the ring a small diamond had fallen out. I brought it in to be repaired. Almost 1 year after the warranty they fixed it at no cost or fuss. Martha had great customer service. I will return in the future.

  I had a ring fixed that broke after they repaired it. The communication was poor, the work was good, but not guaranteed. They blame my ring for being too thin and expect it to need further repair within the next 6 months. Not exactly what you want to hear.
