  My son advised me to use Chem-dry's carpet cleaning services, and since I live in a retirement community, I am skeptical of being overcharged for home services. I took his advice, and called Chem-dry. Samantha was very polite and courteous, and booked me in for a carpet cleaning [including moving my furniture for a nominal fee. The Serviceman was on time, as arranged, and extremely polite and professional !. I would use Chem-Dry again, and not hesitate to recommend them or their services to anyone interested. Thank you so much Chem-Dry, for a job well done !!

  I used the services of this company last year, they did a great job. This year again I was looking to clean carpets and again Chem-dry was my #1 choice. Samantha was very helpful. Kevin and his assistant were professional, clean and my carpet looks great.

  Professional, courteous, and efficient from start to finish. Samantha was great in explaining the service and following-up to keep us up-to-date on arrival times etc. Kevin and Kyle arrived on the exact time as agreed. Professional set-up and efficient performance. Friendly, yet professionally work focused. I was impressed that Kevin highlighted the fragility of the cloth on one antique chair and gave us an option to proceed or not. Didn't want to "just make money" but rather concentrated on having a satisfied customer. Kudos for that.
