Third visit chicken is still awesome. Bottomless drinks 5/5, chicken strips 5/5, chicken wings 5/5, chicken breast and wing (5/5), salad 4/5, fries 4/5.

Nearly every time, whether it's in person or through SkiptheDishes, they get my order wrong. It is either the wrong portion size, missing items, or the wrong order entirely. Many times the chicken is dry or burnt, and there is never enough sauce on it to even taste it, so ordering extra sauce is an absolute must but they never do that either. After going into the restaurant after ordering through SkiptheDishes, I overheard the cook tell his supervisor he didn't read the special instructions, where I reiterated my order TWICE. Clearly, they never read the instructions as I have received the correct order 6 times when I have ordered from them over 20 times. I emailed them to complain, they forwarded it to the Barrie location and the manager told me they would mail me coupons to make up for it. It has been a month and a half, they never mailed them and the manager is ignoring my emails. I called to complain and was put on hold. This location is an absolute joke. I used to order multiple times a week, but I am fed up with dealing with incompetent workers so this will be my last time. Awful staff, dirty restaurant, mediocre food.

Bottomless drink option is awesome. Wedges and fries were great as well. Will be coming back for wings often, really appreciate the server who was very patient with our 1,000 questions (was our first time in a Nando's).

New style and very cool I had the chicken lunch with 2 sides. Very nice.

The $4.00 sides?... Mere potato "chippers" they call them... (in other words Miss Vickie's chips) Yup! All that and 2 pop for the bargain price of $30! WHAT AN INSULT! We were newbies but we'll certainly not be back.

Went a second time last night. Not happy that they ran out of wings. Ended up having the quarter chicken (breast and wing) which was amazing 5/5. Wedges and fries were good 4/5. Bottomless drinks option 5/5. Still wanted wings but gotta say, love their food overall (though rice was horrible 2/5).

The food was overall amazing. Wings are 5/5 - best wings in the city easily due to being quite large and flavourful (lemon and herb were the best), that said the chicken sandwich was a 3.5/5 (more bun than chicken).

One of the worst meals we've had in a long time. We just visited Nando's in Park Place in Barrie this evening so see what it was like.

We ended up running all over the restaurant to 1) place our order in one location, 2) get our own cutlery in another, 3) get our drinks in another and 4) carry everything across the floor to our table.

Not big on the washroom being unisex.

The entire place is staffed by ill-mannered "kids" in their late teens-early 20s with no sense of customer-service at all. No one ever visited the table once, but I guess that is because they already had our money in advance. I would say, Eat your "Peri-Peri" and get out! That was the message loud and clear. What an over-rated, not-worth-it, crappy-food outfit!

I never tried Nandos chicken before, so it was my first experience. I`m in love in this location and people are so friendly. Food was the Best. I love Perry Perry chicken combo and potato skin ... wow so good!!

We ordered 2 veggie sandwiches with one side each. What came was just that and no more... 2 Veggie patties on a very tough and chewy calabrese bun, lettuce leaf and an ultra thin tomato slice.

Sept 2017 - Our go to place for chicken between T.O. and the cottage though we have found over the last few months or so the food quality has dropped. Still great chicken and all but sometimes the wings have been undercooked of late on a few visits. Switched my rating from a 5/5 to a 4/5 for this reason...like the new menus though, the chicken sandwich was really nice with the pineapple 4.5/5 on that...

The new place is like a cafeteria style. You come up to order and they bring to your table when ready.

On entering, we were immediately greeted at the door by a very young and very giggly little greeter. We mentioned that we were vegetarians which she found rather entertaining. After some explanation she pointed out the letter "V" on a few items on the menu, but beyond the pointing, she clearly didn't have a clue about anything on the menu (other than her favourite... the chicken).
